• Weekly Bookings start from 14:00 on Saturdays
• Flat to be vacated by 10:00 on the morning of departure
• A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 per week to be paid on booking. Balance due must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

No short breaks available during August.

Terms and Conditions

1. A booking is deemed accepted following receipt of completed booking form and payment of non-returnable deposit of £100.00 per week. Confirmation of booking will be sent following receipt of booking form and deposit. Balance due must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking.
2. If, for any reason, the booking has to be cancelled, every endeavour will be made to re-let the property for the period of cancellation. If this is successful all monies paid less deposit and any costs incurred in re-letting will be refunded. If unsuccessful, the full price must be paid.
3. If we are unable to provide the accommodation for any reason outwith our control, all payments already made will be refunded in full and we will not be liable for any further claims. We recommend you arrange Holiday Cancellation insurance.
4. As this is a 1 double bed flat, the number of persons occupying the flat must not exceed 2 adults.
5. Lets commence at 14.00 on arrival date and end at 10.00 on departure date. Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
6. Electricity, water, bed linen and towels are included in the letting cost.
7. Should there be any complaints during the letting period please advise us immediately.
8. To assist us in maintaining the high standard of the property, clients are requested to respect the flat, fittings, furniture and equipment. They should be left in the same clean, tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as at the beginning. Please advise us of any breakages or damage which occur during your stay. Replacement of any broken or damaged items will be charged at cost.
9. The Owners have no liability for any deaths, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property unless this directly results from the Owners negligence.
10. The Owners reserve the right of entry into the flat at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs and maintenance.
11. Smoking is not permitted within the flat.
