LIVING AREAS
The flat has its own private separate entries with the main access by stairs to a small landing with oak flooring, coat hooks and shoe rack. Oak doors lead to the utility room and living areas. Another private door opens to a decking balcony and directly to the garden.
Open Plan Living Room / Kitchen
Living Area
The living area is specified to a high standard with a Sky TV/CD/DVD player, comfortable seating, oak flooring, electric stove, heater, selection of books, CDs and DVDs. There are Velux windows fitted which present wonderful views over the sound of Sleat. Solid Oak doors are fitted to all internal living spaces.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to meet most needs and includes double oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster and full range of kitchenware. Whilst doing the dishes, a Velux window gives you a beautiful view over the Sound of Sleat. Oak flooring is fitted throughout and there is a breakfast bar with two stools, a panel heater and half glazed door giving access to the decking/balcony and garden areas.
Utility Room
The utility room is accessed from the landing and is equipped with shelves, a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes basket and cleaning materials.
Decking/Balcony Area
The decking/balcony area has privacy and wonderful views going hand in hand. It has a table and chairs to enable you to sit and enjoy the incredible scenery, dine outside if you so desire and also enjoy a small barbecue facility.
Bathroom
The bathroom has oak flooring, shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. All towels are provided.
All Velux windows are fitted with black out blinds and the balcony door is fitted with a roller blind. An external rotary clothes dryer is available if you wish to air-dry your clothes.
